Location: Houston, TX (Corporate)

Reports To: VP Administration

Employment Type: Full Time: Monday – Friday (8:30am – 4:30pm)

Role Overview

We are seeking a Corporate Drive/Administrative Assistant to join Tokio Marine HCC. In this role, you will perform all company deliveries and pick-ups for the Corporate Office, along with administrative duties as assigned.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform company package pick-ups and deliveries, purchase office supplies, and airport transfers for Tokio Marine HCC employees, Executive officers, and guests.
  • Drive Tokio Marine HCC Executives and guests as needed. Including some holidays and weekends.
  • Perform daily mail pick-ups and runs to the post office.
  • Pick up catering for business lunches/events as needed.
  • Perform errands for the Corporate Office as needed.
  • Assist in the mail room as needed and cover the position when mail attendant is out
  • Manage office supply room/order office supplies
  • Keep and manage credit card receipts for several credit cards
  • Assist with Administrative duties when needed

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED

Skills & Experience

  • Possess and have ability to apply basic knowledge of principles, practices, and procedures
  • Good written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on confidentiality, tact, and diplomacy
  • Good organizational and analytical skills; demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Package (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Maintain a Class C Texas Driver’s license
  • Be punctual due to the time restraints that are required of this position
  • Due to the confidential matters that this position will be privy to, discretion is a must.
