The programme will commence in September 2025 and run for two years.

Apprenticeship Opportunities in London:

The Human Resources team provide generalist and specialist expertise and have a positive and well-respected relationship with the business. We work closely with our European counterparts as well as HR colleagues in our parent company based in Houston.

The Human Resource Apprentice position will support the HR team, by ensuring that HR procedures, systems, processes, and controls are maintained to a high level of accuracy. The role will focus predominantly on the UK though work alongside HR colleagues in Europe.

his is a great opportunity to work and learn from a professional and diverse HR team. The HR Apprentice will work in the HR Team to provide general and HR administrative support, supporting all areas flexibly as required. The successful applicant will be expected to undertake a variety of administrative duties both independently and under supervision.

What You’ll Do

  • Gain HR knowledge, skills and experience throughout the apprenticeship. Learn about HR issues and best practice.
  • Build working relationships with employees and managers to support and guide HR policy and practice.
  • Produce data reports from the HR system to a high degree of accuracy from Workday i.e. absence reports, exit interview data, learning data as well as ad hoc reports when required.
  • Ensure all employee records are kept up to date and filed accurately.
  • Maintain the organisation charts for the UK business.
  • Support cyclical HR activities such as performance review, pay cycles, talent reviews, engagement surveys etc.
  • Manage the probationary review process liaising with managers to obtain feedback, escalating issues to the HRMs as required.
  • Onboarding and offboarding contingent workers on the HR system.
  • Respond in a timely manner to all reference requests.
  • Assist with Learning and Development activities such as: Cii membership and group/individual training needs such as booking external training courses, coordinating room bookings and collating training materials.
  • Take an active role in various project groups working closely with the HR team in the UK and Europe.
  • Support the team with ad-hoc tasks and duties as required.

Qualifications

  • Currently studying towards A Levels or equivalent.
  • GCSE Maths and English - Grade 4 or above.
