Description About the role. The PURE360 Risk Management Consultation is a unique service conducted by a PURE Risk Manager at the home(s) of PURE Members providing them with tailored loss prevention solutions, an understanding of appropriate coverage and terms, and thorough documentation of their home(s). Our PURE360 Scheduling Coordinators work hand in hand with our Members and Risk Managers to create a seamless experience in coordinating the PURE360 Consultation. The PURE360 Coordinator is instrumental in both building an effective schedule for PURE Risk Managers and leveraging Member interactions to create a feeling of true membership. This is a hybrid role with the expectation that the ideal candidate will go in to the Charleston or Scottsdale office at least three times a week. As a PURE360 Coordinator, you will: Work closely with PURE Risk Managers to set efficient travel, which ensures they are able to provide the PURE360 experience to as many Members as possible. Ensure that each Member understands the PURE360 Consultation process and the unique value it provides. Use each interaction to help Members develop an understanding of the tangible benefits of Membership with PURE. Build a deep understanding of PURE’s business and utilize that knowledge to assist Members with all inquiries. This career is for you if: You have previous experience and enthusiasm in a service-based role (3+ years of customer service experience preferred). You demonstrate integrity, empathy, urgency, and can quickly establish trust and credibility. You have great listening and communication skills through both phone and email. You can work independently but thrive in a collaborative atmosphere, exhibiting team spirit and enthusiasm. You are detail-oriented and capable of prioritizing multiple tasks. This role begins with a $50K starting salary and is overtime eligible.
