Job Title: Marketing Officer (Maternity Cover)
Reporting to: Marketing Manager
Position Type: FTC, 35 hours per week
Hybrid: 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home

Job Purpose:
To prepare and oversee the marketing strategy for the Specialty Lines business units and operational areas while ensuring all activity is consistent, current, and appropriate for the TMHCC brand, vision, and values. This role supports all UK events and the UK Marketing Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work directly with the Marketing Manager on implementing marketing plans once business heads agree.
- Assisting the Marketing Manager with events, organising and implementing all UK event planned activity and activity logged via our system Airtable.
- Attend any necessary events in person.
- Support the Marketing Manager in company wide projects where necessary.
- Ensure all Marketing outputs are brand compliant.
- Ensure the TMHCC International section of the company website is up to date with the European team.
- Work closely with the Communications team to achieve campaign goals via social and other channels.
- Work closely with external designers and agencies on delivering projects.
- Documentation and presentation management for business units.
- Update the intranet with relevant marketing information and support for business units.
- Work with the Marketing Manager on all compliance and data protection regulations, including GDPR and Trademark License Agreements, and ensure relevant forms are completed and renewed on a yearly basis alongside the Team assistant.
- Work with business units and external agencies to film and deliver videos in the TMHCC recording studio.
Skills and Experience Specification:
Essential:
- Strong events background
- Good organisation skills
- Project Management experience
- Highly articulate individual with excellent written communication and presentation skills
- Ability to deal with people at all levels
- Strong time management skills
- Excellent English language skills
- Educated to at least A level standard (ideally in English) and with at least a GCSE (or equivalent) in English at grade A to B
Desirable:
- Insurance background
- Experience with Sitecore and SharePoint
