Travel Department Manager – Corporate

Tokio Marine HCC, a global power in the specialty insurance industry, is seeking a Travel Department Manager with a passion for organization, problem solving, mindfulness, and a drive to learn and grow with a world leading company in a unique industry.
Position Summary
Responsible for managing all domestic and international travel arrangements for Tokio Marine HCC employees.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all executive management travel arrangements. May handle complex or large travel requests.
Manage the scheduling of the Company aircraft.
Provide expense information for calculation of imputed income related to personal travel usage of company aircraft.
Oversee all requests for travel refunds.
Administer and monitor the travel budget and ensure travel accommodation is within budget scope.
Make recommendations for changes and implement the Company's Travel Policy.
Ensure adherence to the Corporate Travel Policy.
Administer and monitor the travel budget and ensure travel accommodation is within budget. Manage the overall travel procurement function for Tokio Marine HCC
Review quality of lodging selections to ensure acceptable accommodation for employees.
Perform preliminary negotiations for contracts and discounts related to airfare, other transportation costs, lodging, and other travel-related venues.
Education:
Minimum 4-Year Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, a related field, or the equivalent education and/or experience
