Travel Department Manager – Corporate

Tokio Marine HCC, a global power in the specialty insurance industry, is seeking a Travel Agent II with a passion for organization, problem solving, mindfulness, and a drive to learn and grow with a world leading company in a unique industry.
Position Summary
Relying on limited experience and knowledge, this role is responsible for accomplishing the following assignments. These assignments are varied in nature and frequently non-routine.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate all aspects of travel for US and Europe Tokio Marine HCC employees.
- Schedule hotel and flight accommodations and procures necessary documentation such as passports, visas, or other clearances.
- Coordinate all arrangements concerning the Company aircraft.
- Organize travel reservation change services including ticket exchanges, voids, and refunds.
- Oversee the filing and collection and distribution of transfer receipts.
- Ensure that travel needs are met within the constraints of the company travel budget.
- Reconcile department statements and invoices on a monthly basis.
- Ensure compliance with the Corporate Travel Policy.
- Coordinate all aspects of travel for US and Europe Tokio Marine HCC employees.

Education:
High School or GED
